What services do you offer?

We offer two main services. You can order wedding invitations through our online store which features semi-custom designs that have certain elements that can be customized to fit your needs, or you can have a fully custom design created for you through our Custom Design Service

How does the buying process work for the online store?

It is quite simple. To learn about our process, simply visit our How It Works page, or follow the instructions on each product's page.

What is included in your invitation purchase through the online store?

When you purchase a main invitation card, it comes with a blank A7 envelope in the color of your choice. When you purchase a RSVP/response card, your purchase also includes blank A2 envelopes in the color of your choice. Each item's description lists what is part of your purchase.

Can I get my envelopes printed?

Yes. Envelope printing is available for the envelopes that come as part of your invitation, RSVP card, or Save the Date Card purchase. We can only print the envelopes that came with your purchase. If you would like to purchase envelope printing, please visit our envelope printing page in our shop and follow the instructions on the product's page. Once you make your envelope printing purchase, we will email you within 1 business day to provide you with instructions on how to submit your guest list. Your guest list will have to be submitted in an excel format, which we will provide a template for.

Do the envelopes that come with an invitation purchase come with liners?

When you purchase one of our invitation designs from the shop/online store, the envelopes that come with the invitation card do not come with liners. The envelopes are blank envelopes. Liners can be purchased separately here or can be added through our custom design service. Before you decide whether or not liners are a good investment, please read our blog post about envelope liners. 

Are the invitations customizable?

Yes. Please see each product's description to see what portion of the design is customizable. All designs will allow you to change the color of the text, your wording, and the fonts. Certain designs will allow you to also change the color of all the illustrated elements. However, some of our designs, such as many of our watercolor designs, allow you to customize all wording and text colors, but not the watercolor elements. The colors of the watercolor elements in these designs will stay the same as they appear in the product images in order to keep the integrity of the design.

What is special about your designs?

We are very proud of our designs. Each design is original, and hand illustrated by the owner, Lea Robinson. Her roots are in fine art, and she incorporates hand-crafted elements in each design, so that you have a one of a kind design for your special occasion.

What if I can't find the exact design I need within your online shop?

If you cannot find a template in our shop, we are happy to design something completely custom for you from scratch. See what our Custom Design Service can do for you!

Can you design custom invitations and programs for me?

Yes! We are happy to design anything for you as part of our Custom Design Service. We design custom invitation suites, save the dates, menus, programs, thank you cards, birth announcements, etc.

Do you also use any special printing techniques like foil stamping and embossing?

Yes! We can do a variety of printing techniques for you as part of our Custom Design Service. Please let us know what you have in mind, and we can get it priced for you.

How long will it take to get my invitations?

If you purchase from our shop, the complete process normally takes a total of 10-15 business days for you to receive your invitations. The time will also depend how quickly you approve your design proof (you will receive a design proof in 3 business days after your purchase, and your items typically ship 6-10 business days after proof approval). The sooner it is approved, the faster it can go to print, and the faster it can be shipped out. Shipping normally takes 3-5 business days.

For the  Custom Design Service we ask that you allow at a minimum 4-6 weeks for the entire process. This process takes time to collect all your ideas, for us to develop several design ideas, to go through the proofing process, and to print your items.
